Triada Studio LLC (“Triada Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy
explains how we process information when you use Shadowmatic or contact us for support.
This Privacy Policy applies to Shadowmatic and related support communications. It does not apply to services operated by third parties, including Apple, Google, app stores, platform game services, or external websites.

Shadowmatic is designed to work with limited data processing.
Shadowmatic does not require a Triada Studio account. We do not use Shadowmatic to serve targeted advertising, use advertising identifiers for advertising, sell personal data, create advertising profiles, or track users across apps or websites.
We use Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to help us identify, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical issues in Shadowmatic.
Crashlytics may process limited technical and diagnostic information, such as crash traces, stack traces, app state at the time of a crash or error, device and operating system information, app version, Firebase installation identifiers, and Crashlytics installation identifiers.
We use this information only to maintain the security, stability, and performance of Shadowmatic.
We use Firebase Remote Config, provided by Google, to deliver configuration values to Shadowmatic, such as operational settings, feature parameters, or stability controls.
Remote Config may use Firebase installation identifiers to determine which configuration values should be returned to a device.
We use Remote Config only to operate and maintain Shadowmatic. We do not use it for advertising, individualized advertising, behavioral profiling, or tracking across apps or websites.
On Apple platforms, Shadowmatic may use Apple Game Center for features such as achievements, leaderboards, and gameplay progress.
On Android, Shadowmatic may use Google Play Games Services for features such as achievements, leaderboards, and gameplay progress.
If you use these platform game services, Apple or Google may process information under their own privacy terms. Triada Studio may receive limited information necessary to provide these features, such as player identifiers, scores, achievements, leaderboard status, or achievement progress.
Shadowmatic may offer purchases through Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies. Triada Studio does not receive payment card numbers, bank account details, billing credentials, or payment authentication details.
Shadowmatic may receive limited purchase-related information, such as the purchased product, transaction or receipt information, purchase status, restore status, refund status, or entitlement status. We use this information only to provide, verify, restore, refund, support, or manage purchased content.
If you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, message content, screenshots, device information, app version, or troubleshooting details.
We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, investigate issues, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal obligations.
We use the information described in this Privacy Policy to operate and maintain Shadowmatic, diagnose crashes and bugs, improve stability and compatibility, provide achievements and leaderboards, provide and restore purchases, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
Where applicable, we process information to provide the game and requested features, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, or based on our legitimate interests in maintaining Shadowmatic’s security, stability, and functionality. Where consent is required by applicable law or platform rules, we will request it separately.
We use service providers and platform services to operate Shadowmatic, including Firebase/Google for crash reporting, diagnostics, and remote configuration; Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services for platform game features; and Apple or Google for purchases.
These providers may process information under their own privacy policies, terms, and platform rules, including in countries other than where you live.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share personal data for targeted advertising or tracking across apps or websites.
We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Crash reports and associated identifiers are retained according to Firebase Crashlytics retention practices. Firebase Remote Config and Firebase installation identifiers are retained according to Firebase’s applicable retention and deletion practices.
Purchase-related information is kept only as long as necessary to provide purchased content, restore purchases, verify entitlement status, process refunds, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
Game Center and Google Play Games Services data are primarily managed by Apple and Google under their respective platform terms, account settings, and retention practices.
Support communications are retained only as long as necessary to respond to the request, resolve the issue, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Because Shadowmatic does not require a Triada Studio account and we do not maintain directly identifying player profiles through the game, we may be unable to identify crash, diagnostic, configuration, platform game service, or purchase records relating to a specific user.
If you contact us, we can process privacy requests relating to the information you provided in that communication.
If you are located in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with that authority.

Shadowmatic does not ask users to provide their age and does not knowingly collect real names, direct email addresses, precise location, photos, contacts, or other directly identifying information from children through the game.
The game may process technical information needed for internal operations, such as crash reporting, debugging, security, configuration, providing platform features, restoring purchases, and maintaining game stability. This may include technical identifiers such as Firebase installation identifiers, Crashlytics installation identifiers, platform game-service identifiers, and purchase entitlement identifiers.
We do not use this information for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or tracking across apps or websites.
Platform features and purchases provided through Apple or Google may be subject to their privacy terms, parental controls, family-account settings, authentication requirements, and refund rules.
If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Triada Studio without required consent, please contact us and we will investigate and delete the information where required.
Shadowmatic, our website, app store pages, or related communications may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services.
If you access a third-party service, that service’s privacy policy and terms apply. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party privacy practices, content, or terms.
We use reasonable measures to protect information processed in connection with Shadowmatic, but no system is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to our data practices, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law or platform rules.
